Terms of Use

Last updated: 24 April 2026

These terms govern your use of safefinancehub.com (the "Site"), operated by SafeFinanceHub ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Nothing on this Site is personal financial advice

SafeFinanceHub publishes general financial information, news and reviews of products and services. None of it constitutes personal investment, tax or legal advice, and none of it is a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold any specific financial product, security or asset.

You should make financial decisions based on your own circumstances, objectives and risk tolerance, and you should obtain advice from a regulated financial adviser, accountant or solicitor where appropriate. We do not know your personal situation.

Risk warning. Investing involves risk. The value of investments can go down as well as up and you may get back less than you invested. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Foreign-exchange-rate movements can affect the value of overseas investments. Some products such as contracts for difference and crypto-assets carry a high risk of loss and are not appropriate for all investors.

2. Editorial accuracy

We work hard to keep articles, fees, scores and tables accurate and up to date. However, prices, fees, regulatory status and product features change frequently and we cannot guarantee that everything on the Site is current at the moment you read it. Always confirm critical figures (especially fees, minimums and regulatory protections) on the official website of the provider before opening an account.

If you spot an error, please email [email protected] and we will look at it promptly.

3. How we make money, and what that means for you

Some links on the Site are affiliate links. If you click one and open an account or buy a product, the provider may pay us a referral fee. This does not change the price you pay and it does not change the rating we give the product in our reviews. We explain our methodology and our independence policy in detail on our Methodology and Disclosure pages.

4. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

  • use the Site or its content for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that infringes the rights of others;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any related systems;
  • interfere with the operation of the Site, including by submitting automated requests at a rate that degrades it for other users, or by attempting to defeat anti-abuse measures such as our newsletter CAPTCHA;
  • scrape, redistribute or republish substantial parts of the Site without our written permission. Quoting short extracts with attribution and a link back is fine.

5. Intellectual property

All editorial content on the Site, including articles, reviews, methodology, charts and original images, is the copyright of SafeFinanceHub unless attributed otherwise. Trademarks and product names belonging to third parties (for example broker logos and product names) remain the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and review purposes.

You may share links to our pages freely. You may quote short passages with attribution to SafeFinanceHub and a link back to the original page. Republishing the full text of any article is not permitted without our written consent.

6. Third-party links

The Site contains links to websites operated by third parties, including providers we review and external sources we cite. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security or privacy practices of those sites. Following an external link is at your own risk.

7. The Site is provided "as is"

We provide the Site on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all express and implied warranties relating to the Site, its content and its availability, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SafeFinanceHub will not be liable for any loss or damage (including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss) arising out of your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

9. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any newsletter email. The terms applying to the use of your email address are described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL with the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page for at least 30 days after they take effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION TO BE CONFIRMED] and any dispute arising out of them is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION TO BE CONFIRMED], without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
