We sell a tool aimed at crypto users; it would be odd to demand a credit card. NOWPayments handles the conversion and pays us in our preferred coin. Your card details are never collected and we never see your wallet address.
Your downloads stop working until you renew. Your saved reports stay in your account untouched - we just won't let you generate new exports. If you renew within 30 days of expiry, the new year stacks on top of whatever's left of the old one.
Crypto payments are non-refundable - by design and by network. That's why the free preview shows you the full summary before you pay: if the numbers don't match what you expect, don't upgrade. If the tool is completely broken for your CSV, email us and we'll either fix it or send you a full refund off-platform.
